"I have already seen an increase in workplace productivity attributable to the practices I learned from Dr. Race. I would recommend her work to almost anyone in the modern workplace, especially because the new age of emails, text messaging, and the expectation of instantaneous replies is driving us all to exhaustion."

The micro-changes I made have had such a tremendous impact on my mood, reactions, and energy. The six different areas that I can pull from to help reduce stress also help me perform at a higher level throughout my day. This program far exceeded my expectations.

Let's Get Started
It’s hard to find the time. It seems we spend half of our day getting lunches made, trying to clear out our inbox, searching for that elusive soccer shin guard, running meetings and then running carpools. My reality is to come up with simple, brain based solutions that can fit into the context of my day, and your day, so we can make some really impactful, and really positive, changes.
My career has been spent finding solutions for schools, parents, businesses and medical professionals. And while I stay committed to serving these groups I now have turned a lot of my focus to supporting working women, especially working moms. Because as much as I like that glass of Chardonnay at the end of the day, I need some solutions to keep me thriving long before happy hour!
NEXT STEPS
And if I can help you in any way, shoot me a note, I would love to hear how I can make your life a bit more mindful.
