Optimism: Why it is important and simple ways to train your brain to feel more of it!

As we realize that all of our challenges did not disappear as quickly as our 2020 calendars went into our garbage cans, it can be incredibly challenging to stay positive when it feels like the world keeps beating us down.  Optimism is one of 5 essential qualities that we need right now to stay resilient and thrive during these challenging times. And, the beauty of optimism, is that it is trainable! That whole “I’m a glass-is-half-empty kind of person” is just a story we have convinced ourselves of, but it doesn’t have to be true.
